The Vikasana Seminar 2025 is envisaged as a milestone event under the Local Self Government Department to deliberate on the developmental roadmap towards Vision 2031. The seminar aims to bring together experts, administrators, and elected representatives to review ongoing initiatives, identify key challenges, and outline strategic interventions required for achieving sustainable, inclusive, and participatory local governance.
The discussions will focus on thematic areas such as decentralized planning, innovation in service delivery, social development, climate resilience, digital transformation, and good governance practices. Outcomes from the seminar will serve as guiding inputs for formulating the LSGD Vision 2030 Document, aligning local development goals with the State’s long-term priorities.
The Vikasana Seminar 2025 – Vision 2031 will be held on 13th October 2025 at the Cosmopolitan Club, Palakkad.
