In cases where it is not possible to produce tax paid receipt for providing pump set for agricultural purposes, it is hereby informed that the pump set can be provided if the tax paid receipt and possession document are produced or if not, the concerned Agriculture Officer certifies that the cultivation is being done on the land owned by the farmer.
