Applications are invited from Under Secretary (Higher Grade) and above in the Government Secretariat (Public Administration, Law, Finance) Department and from graduate officers in the pay scale of 68700-110400 (Revised) and above in other development departments who are interested in being appointed on deputation basis to the post of District Panchayat Secretary currently vacant in Kottayam, Palakkad, Kozhikode and Kasaragod district panchayats. However, as it has been informed that there is currently no vacancy in Kasaragod district, there is no need to submit applications to the said district, applications will be accepted from other districts.
