This software handles disbursement of various pensions handled by local Governments like agriculture labour pension, national old age pension, widow pension, special disability pension, unemployment wages, pension for unmarried women above the age of 50 etc. and social welfare schemes like National Maternity Benefit Scheme, support for marriage of poor widows, daughters, support for marriage of women in SC/ST families, support for thatching of houses of SC’s families, medical assistance for members of SC/ST families, attending for PSC examination, Balika Samridi Yojan etc.
3. Sthapana (Payroll, Provident Fund and establishment matters)
This software handles preparation of payroll of employees and transactions relating to provident fund like membership, nomination, subscription, temporary advance, on refundable advances, PF Insure, settlement of claims of nominee. PF accounting available only for employees of three tier panchayats. Faster disbursement of payroll and easier handling of PF transactions. Payroll module is currently functional in all urban local governments
4. Sulekha
This software handles various aspects of plan formulation, plan expenditure and monitoring of annual plan of Local Governments. Information on Local Body Plan, available in the public domain can substantially enhance transparency in decentralised plan process leading to better participation. Improvement in plan project management leading to better quality of delivery of development projects.
5. Sanchitha
This software is a virtual encyclopaedia on acts, rules court orders, Government Orders and circulars on Local Government functioning. Dissemination of legal information. Quick reference, Key word search facility. Substantial improvement in back office performance following availability of right information at the right point at the right time
