—തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് -തലസ്ഥാന നഗര വികസന പദ്ധതി ജി.ജി. ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ കുമാരപുരം പൂന്തി അണമുഖം എൻ.എച്ച് ബൈപ്പാസ് റോഡിൻ്റെ വികസനത്തിനായി ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുത്തതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള എൽ.എ.ആർ. 238/2009 നമ്പർ കേസിലെ ബാലൻസ് തുക റിലീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകി – ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ്- എഞ്ചിനിയറിംഗ് വിഭാഗം- ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലാ ധനകാര്യ പരിശോധനാ സ്ക്വാഡ് ഇടുക്കി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഓഫിസിൽ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയ ക്രമക്കേടുകളിൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയറായിരുന്ന ശ്രീ. കെ. കെ. അയ്യപ്പനെതിരായ അച്ചടക്ക നടപടി- KSRs Part III Rule 59(d) പ്രകാരമുളള ഔപചാരിക അന്വേഷണം- അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ നിയോഗിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകന്നു.
