As part of improving the physical conditions of the local government institutions and the associated state-level and district-level offices in Kerala and making the service delivery systems more efficient, the newly renovated Kollam Panchayat Deputy Director Office was inaugurated by Panchayat Director Smt. P. Marykutty, IAS. The function was presided over by Grama Panchayat Association District President and Chairperson Smt. Shaila Salimlal and Kollam District Collector Dr. S. Karthikeyan was the chief guest. Grama Panchayat Association District Office bearers, service organization leaders and department officials were present.
