Zero Waste represents a comprehensive strategy aimed at tackling the issue of unsustainable resource consumption. It involves minimizing waste right from its origin by focusing on product design and ensuring accountability among producers. Additionally, it involves employing various waste reduction methods throughout the supply chain, including recycling, reusing, and composting. The zero waste initiatives undertaken by Local Self-Government (LSG) entities align with the objectives of SDG Theme 5, focusing on promoting cleanliness and sustainability.
